Win Tickets to the BBC Good Food Show Winter at the NEC Birmingham!!

UnknownI LOVE the BBC Good Food Show and the Winter Show is nearly upon us running from Wed 27th Nov – Sun 1st Dec 2013 at the Birmingham NEC! This year I am excited to have teamed up with the organisers and have 5 pairs to tickets to give away!

You can win a pair of these general admission tickets (excluding saturday) to head down and see if you enjoy the show as much as I do. If you want to whet your appetite, check out my round up of this years summer show here!

Look at all the goodies I bought last year!

The Show will feature over 50 chefs and experts from across the country on 7 different stages this is the perfect place to prepare for Christmas! The nation’s favourite TV programmes will be brought to life with Paul Hollywood and Mary Berry live in The Great British Bake Off, James Martin live in Saturday Kitchen sessions and John Torode and Gregg Wallace live in MasterChef cook offs on the Supertheatre, sponsored by Tesco finest.  Visit The Great British Bake Off Village where you will find The Great British Bake Off Stage featuring some of the most popular past contestants and winners including the 2013 winner.  The MasterChef Masterclass will host demonstrations from current champion Natalie Coleman as well as Celebrity MasterChef winner Phil Vickery. Plus Marks & Spencer will be bringing some Christmas sparkle to the Show on the Christmas Theatre.  The Producers’ Village will be packed with some of the best artisan producers in the country including our pick in the Good Food Champions area as well as the Bursary Award Winners – perfect for picking up tasty stocking fillers and unique ingredients for the festive season.

2. You can also enter on twitter by following me @DrRoz_the foodie , retweeting my tweet about the show and sending me a tweet with the name of your favourite celeb chef

or

3. Lastly you can enter on my Facebook page www.facebook.com/thefoodiecoupleblog by ‘liking’ my page and leaving a comment, again telling me who your favourite celebrity chef is.

You can enter on one, two or all three platforms and a maximum of 3 entries per person will be counted

The winners will be picked at random from all entries received. Please check your email/facebook/twitter feed the day after the competition closes to see if you’ve won! Good luck!!

Terms & Conditions

Maximum of 3 entries per person will be counted (one on each platform – blog/twitter/facebook)

The competition will run from Saturday 16th November – Wed 20th  Novemeber

The winners will be notified on 21st-22nd Novemeber

Tickets will be posted first class to the winner

All tickets are general admission excluding Saturday 30th Novemeber

Tickets are non refundable and non-exchangeable. Ticket terms and conditions apply.

The tickets do not include a seat in the Supertheatre

Tickets will be mailed out directly to the competition holder by River Street Events. It is the responsibility of the competition holder to forward tickets to the winners. Competition holder to confirm receipt of tickets and subsequent delivery to winners to River Street Events.

    James Martin is my favourite chef because he demonstrates with humour and he is not flustered when things go wrong. He doesn’t swear or shout and the dishes he prepares have family appeal.

    My favourite chef has got to be Gordon Ramsey – i really enjoy his shows he has done both in the UK and America. He very much deserves the success he has had. I also like his sarcastic wit and fiery temperament aswell!!

    I have to say I am a big fan of Nigel slater I love how he can make I an amazing meal from just a few ingredients and how he also tries to use things from the garden. I will be treating myself to his book for christmas

    My favourite chef is James Martin because he’s a straight-talking Yorkshire man, he doesn’t take himself too seriously and, of course, he’s a great cook!

        Presents Diners Drive Ins and Dives on food network, has a love or hate personality. Kinda spelled his name wrong though! its spelled Guy Fieri!

    Such a tough question! I think it would have to be Nigella Lawson though – made so many of her sweet treats and savoury recipes and never been disappointed 🙂

    I’m never very good at picking favourites of anything but I can tell you I’m rather partial to Mr Martin but not necessarily for his cheffy skills 😉 I used to like old Gordon but grew tired of the same old same old routine. And of course there’s Mary Berry who I adore but can she be classed as a chef?

    My favorite celebrity chef is Heston Blumenthal because I love the way he thinks beyond the box and creates stories and mysteries with his food.

    The Hairy Bikers, they cook lovely homely food and are an inspiration after adapting recipes to make them low fat so they can lose weight and make them more healthy

    wow, this would be a wonderful thing to win. Especially right before Christmas time. My favourite food is definitely Chinese! Can’t get enough of the stuff.
